Welcome to CobraCore. This guide is designed to get you started quickly and efficiently by walking you through the initial setup,and creating your first successful transaction.

Step 1: Requesting your Free Trial
After you request a Free Trial, our customer service team will review your company details and send you an email confirmation that includes your login credentials.
  • Complete your Account Setup. Once you receive our first email which confirms that your Free Trial has been approved, click on the link called “Click here to Continue”, for you may generate your initial account password.
  • Follow the Prompts. Once you generate your initial password, click on the button to navigate to the login page. Alternatively, you may navigate to https://app2.cobracoresoftware.com/ to Sign-In.
  • Successful Sing-In. Congratulations, you are now Signed In to the System.


Step 2: Initial System Setup Before you can use the software, you must ensure your account is configured correctly with your company branding, email and user accounts.
  • Complete the Initial Setup. After successful authentication, navigate on the top menu to Settings > Company Profile. Here, you may upload your company Logo on the “Branding” section.
  • Report Customization. In the “Report Customization” section, you may add your own terms or clauses for the different reports.
  • Click the Save button. You will be asked to Sign Out and Sign In in order for the changes to be applied.
  • Email Service setup. Navigate on the top menu to Settings > Email Service, In this module, you will be asked to connect your domain in order to send Emails from within the System. Follow the instructions and click the “Connect” button.
  • Adding User Accounts. Navigate on the top menu to Settings > User Management. In this module, you’re able to add or remove User Accounts. Click the “Add” button and type the user’s details. Always send an invitation email to the new user by clicking on the “Send Invitation Email” button, after which the user will receive an email with instructions on how to create the initial password and Sign In to the System.


Step 3: Your First Task Now that you're set up, let's perform a common task: Creating your first Material Receipt.
  • Navigate to Warehouse > Material Receipt. Fill out as much information as possible. Add your Client profile, vendor, etc. Click the “Save” button and add your cargo details. Fields marked with an asterisk “*” are mandatory, all others are optional. Feel free to navigate and change any details, the system will let you know if there is a mistake. Errors will show up in “red” or as popup message alerts.
  • Print. Click the Print button to print your report.
  • Email. Click the Email button to send the report via email.
